Description of Services:
An intensive day program conducted five to six days a week and administered at the facilities of DAPA Community Mental Health Clinic. Treatment consists of psychiatric and psychosocial evaluations, medical history and physical, chemical dependency assessments when indicated, multiple group therapies and family therapy. All groups are small (no more than 10) and each patient is placed in a group that closely matches their condition. Patients enter this program with or without prior hospitalization and it is the most frequently used of DAPA's treatment programs.
