Description of Services:
Navigators assist consumers to apply for health insurance through the ACA Marketplace. Navigators will provide information to consumers in a fair, accurate and impartial manner, provide referrals to consumer assistance programs, provide information that is culturally and linguistically appropriate, and facilitate the selection of a qualified health plan.
