Description of Services:
HIV Early Intervention (HEI) includes case management, support groups, prescription vouchers and individual counseling. Clients must be HIV+ and have a history or diagnosis of substance abuse problems. HIV Outreach program includes community outreach, HIV testing, prevention education and materials, risk reduction and referrals. The Recovery Program provides a full continuum of available substance abuse treatment services from hospital detox, residential and outpatient programs. Dual Diagnosis (COPSD) program provides case management for clients with co-existing mental health and substance abuse problems.
